Adult First Aid / CPR / AED
Covers adult CPR, AED use, and first aid for common emergencies. Designed for workplaces and the general public. Meets OSHA requirements.
Adult & Pediatric First Aid / CPR / AED
Adds child and infant CPR to the adult curriculum. Required for childcare providers, school staff, coaches, and youth program roles. Meets DHS licensing.
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers
High-quality CPR, AED use, and team-based resuscitation for nurses, paramedics, EMTs, dental staff, and medical students. Clinical-grade certification.
Babysitter's Training
CPR, first aid, and childcare skills for teens and young adults who babysit. Covers safety, emergency response, and age-appropriate caregiving techniques.
Instructor Training Programs
Become a certified Red Cross instructor. Programs available for CPR/First Aid, BLS, and additional courses. Includes skills evaluation and certification to teach.

Most classes are available in multiple formats. Instructor-led and blended both provide a two-year Red Cross certification.
Instructor-Led
Hands-on, in-person training in a single session. A certified Red Cross instructor guides you through the full curriculum — no pre-work required. Skills evaluation and certification included.

Complete the online portion first (~2.5 hours, self-paced), then attend a shorter in-person skills session. Same Red Cross certification as instructor-led. Meets OSHA requirements.
