## Training Formats
- Instructor-Led: Single in-person session (~4 hours), no pre-work, includes skills evaluation and certification.
- Blended Learning: Online module first (~2.5 hours, self-paced), then a shorter in-person skills session; same Red Cross certification.
- Online Only: Self-paced knowledge/awareness training; does not include hands-on skills evaluation or certification on its own — an in-person skills session is required within 90 days.

- Issued by: American Red Cross
- Valid for: 2 years
- Format: Digital certificate with unique ID and QR code
- Same-day issuance upon successful skills evaluation
